The Warming Tree is contracted with a number of insurance panels including all Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans, Optum, GIC, Value Options, Connecticare, Tufts Health Plan and United Behavioral Health, Employee Assistance Programs such as Ceridian, Military One Source, ESI, Commpsych (check with your employer as to you EAP Benefits). We also take Out of Network Benefits if your Plan covers it. Our billing department can determine this quickly.

Copays are required to be paid in full at each appointment.
