You don’t have to be in the office to work with Pamelah.
Schedule a 50-minute session by telephone or video conference. You can access Pamelah’s support and guidance wherever you are. Simply find a quiet, private place for yourself and be ready at the scheduled time.

You may email Pamelah a short, one- or two-paragraph synopsis so she has a general sense of what you would like help with. Because ordinary email is not a secure clinical communication method, keep the message general and avoid highly sensitive details.
Pamelah may send suggested readings or tools that can help you begin reflecting before your first session.
Pamelah may recommend individual counseling when an issue is primarily personal and not clearly related to the couple’s work together.
