Policies
Practical details
Insurance claims & out-of-pocket payments
If an insurance claim is denied, payment may be required while the claim is being reviewed, reprocessed or awaiting additional information. If the insurer later pays The Warming Tree for an amount you have already paid, reimbursement will be provided promptly.
Cancellation & payment
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations. Late cancellations may be charged the full session rate. For sessions not billed to insurance, payment is due according to the arrangements made for your appointment.
Privacy
The Warming Tree follows HIPAA privacy requirements designed to protect your health information. Please ask if you would like clarification about privacy practices or communication methods.

Pamelah may be in session when you call. Leave your name, the best times to reach you, and basic insurance information if you would like coverage checked.
